The terms
The terms are what I'd quote you. 10% down, 60% across the build, the last 30% interest-free up to two years after handover. Pay 100% upfront and I can get 14.66% off, which isn't in the public brochure.
Honest bit
Those are "from" prices. The sea-facing homes people want sit well above them, and there are only a handful in each line at pre-launch.
What I'd watch: this is the last of Marina Village, and the smaller units go first. If you want a specific line or floor, tell me now - I can hold it before the public launch.
