What remains
Twelve apartments. The entry point has moved up to a €435,500 studio, and the ceiling is now a €1,350,000 two-bedroom. The three-bedroom penthouses are gone.
The terms
10% on the purchase agreement, 60% in quarterly instalments until delivery, and 30% over two years after handover.
Honest bit
The launch-price studios were absorbed first, exactly as I said they would be at pre-launch. What is left is better positioned but dearer.
