Hi, I'm Ana.

I'm a licensed real estate advisor based in Belgrade and Montenegro.

I help international buyers and investors find off-plan developments, second homes, and investment properties across the Adriatic - mainly in Montenegro's Bay of Kotor, Tivat, and Luštica Bay, and in Belgrade's premium residential market.

€50M+ in property transactions across Montenegro and Serbia.

Licensed real estate advisor in Serbia with formal credentials. Montenegro is still unregulated, which is exactly why working with someone who holds themselves to a higher standard matters.

Kadena Sotheby's International Realty - where I spent several years working on luxury residential sales and new developments before going independent.

I've also turned down plenty of projects that didn't meet my standards. I only recommend developments where the fundamentals make sense - build quality, location, developer track record.

I studied on scholarships across four countries (Montenegro, Italy, USA, China), which is probably why I work so comfortably with clients from everywhere.

Outside of property, I practice Pilates, read obsessively about design and markets, and negotiate daily peace treaties between my three daughters.
