Aman Sveti Stefan is reopening. June 2026, confirmed.
I was in the room at RE:D in Budva when Stathis shared the number that matters: within Aman's global system, Sveti Stefan is now the destination guests ask for most. Five years closed, and the brand got stronger.
The settlement terms are public. Lease revenue rises from €1.285M to €1.555M, inflation-indexed. The state takes 10% of profit. And one clause worth more than the money: no new construction permitted in Miločer Park.
That last line is the one for buyers. The halo comes back. The supply doesn't.
What I'd watch: whether the June date holds.
