Eagle Hills announced a new Belgrade Waterfront phase on 28 January: a marina district on the right bank of the Sava, between the Ada Bridge and the future crossing at the Old Railway Bridge, anchored by a roughly 120-metre tower.

New phases don't compete with the old ones. They reprice them. Every extension of the masterplan resets what "waterfront" means in this city and pulls the earlier buildings closer to the centre of it.
What I'd watch: launch pricing for the marina district against resale in the finished towers. That spread is the whole story.
