The Opportunity · 2026
With 99% of the original 750+ residences sold, the main new-build releases are Vero & Versa (202 units) and the smaller Synchro Yards residences (under construction), plus a handful of remaining Boka Place apartments. Limited supply has supported ~275% appreciation since 2010, with growth now moderating to a steadier 3-7% a year. Managed rental through Mresidences returns 85% of income to owners, at 5-6% gross yields.
